Agreements,
settled in minutes.

Describe the deal in plain language. Adehun drafts the contract, you refine it, both parties sign — and everyone walks away with a sealed PDF and a record that holds up.

How it works

Four steps, start to signed

01

Describe it

Tell Adehun what you're agreeing to, the way you'd explain it to a colleague. No forms, no legal vocabulary required.

02

Refine it

The draft arrives clause by clause. Rewrite anything, reorder it, or ask the AI to redraft a single clause without touching the rest.

03

Sign and send

Add the other party's email, sign it yourself, and send. They get a private link — no account, no download.

04

They sign, or reply

They sign, decline, or propose changes with notes on the exact clause. Once both signatures land, the seal drops and the PDF goes to both inboxes.

Templates

Start from the agreement you actually need

Each one is a starting point, not a straitjacket — the AI shapes it to your situation, and you shape it from there.

Back and forth

Most agreements aren't signed on the first pass

Changes proposed

4. Fees and payment

The Client shall pay the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice…

Can we make this Net 14? Thirty days is tight against our own runway.

Edit clauseAmend and re-send

Your counterparty can sign, decline, or propose changes — leaving a note against the exact clause they want moved.

The agreement comes back to you with their comments sitting beside the text. You edit, re-send, and the version count ticks up. Nothing is binding until both parties have signed, and the audit trail records every round of it.

  • Clause-level comments, not vague email threads
  • Version history so you know what changed and when
  • Every send, view, and signature timestamped
Standing up

A signature is only worth its record

Bound to the text

Every signature records the signer's name, email, IP address, device and timestamp — and the version of the document they saw when they signed it.

Tamper-evident

The executed PDF is hashed with SHA-256 and stored. Any later alteration to the file breaks the hash, and the mismatch is provable.

Recognised where it counts

Built around the ESIGN Act, UETA and eIDAS, and Nigeria's Evidence Act 2011, which admits electronic signatures as evidence.

Yours, not ours

We do not train models on your contracts and we do not sell your data. Export any agreement as a PDF whenever you want it.

Questions

The things people ask first

Yes. Adehun captures signatures in line with the ESIGN Act, UETA and eIDAS, and Nigeria's Evidence Act 2011 recognises electronic signatures. Every signature is recorded with the signer's name, email, IP address, device, and a timestamp, and that record is bound into the executed PDF as an audit certificate.

No. They receive a private link by email, open the document in their browser, and sign. No account, no download, no app. Only the person who creates the agreement needs to sign up.

They can propose changes instead of signing. They leave a note — pinned to a specific clause if they want — and the agreement bounces back to you with their comments alongside the text. You make the edits and send it again. Nothing is signed until both sides are satisfied.

Every clause is yours to rewrite, reorder, or delete, and you can add your own. You can also ask the AI to redraft a single clause — make it stricter, simpler, or shorter — without touching the rest of the document.

No. Adehun is document automation: it drafts and executes agreements quickly and cleanly. It does not know your circumstances and cannot advise you on them. For anything high-value or unusual, add Legal Review and a practising lawyer will read it before you send it.

Documents live in an encrypted MongoDB database, and executed PDFs are stored with a SHA-256 hash so any later tampering is detectable. We never train models on your contracts and we never sell your data.
